Questions & Answers

Telecom SIP for Local & Long-Distance Calls - Notice ID # FA481924QA081

No. Questions Government Responses

1. Does this opportunity have a CMMC requirement? I did not see this requirement in the notice but want to cover all bases before moving forward with a response to this

SSN.

CMMC compliance is not a requirement for this project.

2. There is some uncertainty about the amount of long-distance service required and the term duration for this component. The SOW does not clearly specify these details. Could you kindly provide clarification on the amount of long-distance service needed and the specific term for which these services will be required?

Based on the attached SOW, the long-distance requirement is for a total of up to 13,000 DIDs (Direct-Inward-Dialing) numbers and between 250-300 (cost dependent) CCLs (Concurrent Call Licenses). The low CCL count/requirement is because Tyndall currently only uses about 6,800 DIDs out of the total 13,000 DIDs that we have available. Also, most of the phone calls placed on base are TAFB-TAFB calls, which don’t leave the LAN and don’t use a CCL.

The desired PoP is 01 March 2025 through 28 Feb 2030 (base + 4 option years).
