During the site visit we were told that Sealed and Sign drawings will be require for this project. The only design that we can see is the stripping of the parking area. Please advise if we need to hire a professional engineer for this project
Repair Sprung City Parking Lot
Yes, this project will require a construction plan set signed and sealed by a Professional Engineer (PE) as the Designer of Record (DOR). This project consists of, but is not limited to, the reconstruction of a driveway, construction of a new driveway, reconstruction of a portion of the parking lot and repair of the other portion. These areas are to be reconstructed and sloped in a way that minimizes any standing water within the parking lot.
