# Question Answer
It would be beneficial for all parties concerned if you would take and uploaded pictures of the components under this SOW.
All major components are identified in the PWS.
Interested parties may research these items to the extent necessary to respond to this RFP. A site visit was held to provide an opportunity for interested parties to view all components. Due to the extensive list of components, providing pictures would be unduly burdensome for the Government.
Please provide a Site Plan/Floor Plan with the major maintenance components identified on said drawing.

I for one would like to have the ability to put a markup on all parts and materials in lieu of direct billing pass through without appropriate mark up.
Trying to capture the anticipated parts and materials cost base profit and overhead could cause your contractual cost to be artificially high. We would like to see an allowable reasonable mark up which will keep bids on a more competitive basis.
The reimbusement method has been restructured to allow vendors to propose their own material overhead rate for parts and filters.
