Questions from Contractors for RFQ

“Had a question concerning the west side of the bldg. where the two bay doors are.

The runway will be going across that space and will be lower than the top of the door.

There is not a spec for this and needs to be addressed for all involved and engineering design.

I need to know what would be the highest point on the truck with its equipment or the minimum height of the runways should be to make sure it clears when entering the building.

I apologize for this oversite when I was there.

Let me know if you need more clarification.”

Answer: Minimum height clearance from the floor for runways/rails is 13’ 6 inches
