DEPARTMENT OF THE AIR FORCE

325TH FIGHTER WING (ACC)

TYNDALL AIR FORCE BASE FLORIDA

Bridge Cranes Site Visit Agenda LOCATION: 1001 Mississippi Road, BLDG 1141 Tyndall AFB FL, 32403 22 June 2020 @ 1300 CST

1. Introduction will begin promptly at 1300 CST, the Contracting Officer for this requirement is TSgt Karl Deffert and the Contract Administrator is A1C Jackson Lienhart.

2. A brief will be held at the visitor center before the site visit will begin. All attendees will have a copy of their driver’s license in order to access to the base to conduct the sight visit.

3. Site visit will began at 1300 PM CST

4. Site visit will begin at the visitor center, then proceed to 1001 Mississippi Road, BLDG 1141 Tyndall AFB FL, 32403. All attendees will be required to drive their own vehicles.

5. Strict Social Distancing measures will be put in place and all attendees will be required to wear proper PPE to include a face mask due to COVID-19.

6. As a reminder, only one individual will be authorized at the site visit per interested party.

7. Cell phones must be silenced before the site visit begins. Pictures of the site is authorized, but all individuals must ensure no photos include the flight line or tail flashes of the aircrafts parked on or around the taxiway apron.

8. At no time shall money/funding be discussed by anyone!

9. Questions asked on site will be answered by the information contained in the Statement of Work. Any questions asked that are not answered by the Statement of Work shall be submitted in writing no later than 24 June 2020, by 1600 CST. The government will not answer questions to any interested party that may be deemed to give a competitive edge.

10. Thank you for attending the site visit. Please be sure that you complete the sign in sheet before you leave.
