Question:
Does the base have transport facilities (base fiber) to extend a circuit from the base commercial Point of Presence (demarc) in B-649 Dial Central Office?
Answer:
The 325 CS can support and extend a commercial circuit in support of this requirement and demarc it at the FamCamp office over base single-mode fiber; however, either the customer or vendor will be responsible to fund any fiber patch cords needed to complete the circuit: estimated material costs ~$100. There are no other installation (labor) or recurring costs for this circuit extension.
