The solicitation due date has been extended to 6 January 2017 at 4:30 pm CST. The Government is anticipating a future amendment to the 1449 in the coming days but the offerors will not be granted another extension past 6 January. The Government will be answering questions at this time; please send all questions to 2d Lt Britney Petrina at britney.petrina.1@us.af.mil.
Changes to PWS:
· Contractor will have access to base maintenance shops hangar space on a non-interference supervised basis to accomplish necessary routine aircraft or equipment repair and severe weather shelter. Servicing facilities will include access to: Tire shop, teardown/replace nose and main tires, as required and the sheet metal shop, loan of pneumatic and hand tools such as blind rivet gun, as required.

· More details have been provided regarding HAZMAT details and training required on Tyndall AFB.

Changes to Answers to Questions:
· (Ref: Subfactor 1, Technical Equipment) Is FAA Part 135 certification required or preferred from the Offeror and or its Subcontractor for the operations of CFTS?
Per the PWS: “Contractor aircraft may be operated under either Federal Aviation Regulation Part 135 or Part 91, subject to the limitations imposed by the Restricted Category Certificate, as long as the restrictions do not preclude the aircraft from performing the mission as scheduled.” Either is satisfactory.
