Question 1:
Regarding the Reference PWS paragraph 4.13, Vehicles: Are the two (2) Tow Vehicles and two (2) Truck Mounted Air Stairs currently being provided by the incumbent contractor?
Answer:
If the current company (contractor) is not awarded the contract their assets (2 tow Vehicles & 2 truck Mounted stairs) will leave with the current contractor. The new company (contractor) who is awarded the contract will have to provide 2 tow Vehicles & 2 Truck Mounted stairs at contract start date.
This is required to provide a seamless transition in efforts to minimize mission impact.

Additionally what type of evidence is required and where should it be included within the offerors submittal?
First part- If there are no protests contractor will start on 1 October when contract is awarded. If protests occur current contractor would stay in place (30 day extensions) until all protest are resolved.
