10. Reference Section B, CLIN Schedule, CLIN X002, Overtime Hours. As there are 2 different positions that could be required in the event of overtime, please clarify the government's expectation for the unit price to be submitted in CLIN X002. Is this expected that this would be a combined hourly rate (i.e. Leadman and Aircraft Servicer)?

The contract is written so that each CLIN (Basic Monthly Service and Overtime hours) are combined for both the Leadman and Aircraft Servicer. The exact overtime hours distribution is left up (and proprietary) to the contractor. The government pays overtime based on (and up to) an amount as stipulated in the contract. There's nothing that dictates who works the overtime from our end, or even what their pay is. We only stipulate how many hours we need out of them, regardless of who fills the tasking.

The CLINS for Basic monthly service and overtime are both the combined total of hours worked by the Leadman and Aircraft Servicer workers.
