About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details furniture removal and installation services for the 25th Attack Group at Shaw Air Force Base, involving Buildings 1998, 1999, and 2002 Room 202. The project requires a contractor to unpack, move, assemble, and install Haworth brand furniture across multiple rooms, with specific requirements including power pole removal, electrical system connections, and precise furniture placement according to provided diagrams. The work prioritizes Building 2002 Room 202 first, followed by Building 1999, and then Building 1998, with a performance objective to install 100% of purchased furniture by a to-be-determined date in 2025.

The contractor must be Haworth proficient/certified, remove and dispose of all packaging materials, and ensure each area is returned to its original condition. Security requirements include maintaining an employee listing, obtaining base access credentials, submitting to background checks, and complying with base regulations. Work will be performed during normal working hours (0700-1600) Monday-Friday, excluding US Government holidays, with contractor personnel receiving a 5-digit access code for Buildings 1998 and 1999, and requiring escort in Building 2002 Room 202. The government will provide security, water, sewage, and electricity from existing sources.
