STATEMENT OF WORK

497 ISRG Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Upgrade

497 ISRG BLDG 1308

Langley AFB

1.0 INTRODUCTION

1.1 Overview: The 497 Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group (497 ISRG) requires services to remove 12 existing surveillance cameras and install new ones, including standard codecs and video walls. Additionally, ACC VTC requires an on-site conversion agreement to cover this specific equipment.

Background: 497 ISRG at Joint Base Langley-Eustis is currently using an Interlogix Truvision system to manage their video from surveillance cameras placed throughout Building 1308. Interlogix closed in 2019 and there is no longer any availability of parts or support for any of their products. Security for 497 ISRG would like a complete one by one replacement of all video surveillance equipment including all cameras. Camera feeds from the detached building 1308 are sent to building 1302 via the existing fiber optic cable that will be re-used for this project. Ensuring compatibility with existing systems, calibrating cameras for optimal coverage, and conducting test post-installation is critical.

1.1 Objective: The installation will include a physical installation only "one-to-one" replacement of all the cameras at building 1308 except for (3) new camera locations added. All cameras will be of high quality and fully FAR and NDAA compliant. All software licenses, programming, and video management software and setup to be done by others.

1.2 Scope of Work: Company will install and configure (12) new Axis CCTV Cameras, (4) exterior and (8) interior at Building 1308. DSI will utilize the existing Cat 6 Cabling where there is an existing Camera to be replaced (8) and install new Cat 6 Cabling for all the other new cameras (4). Each of the exterior cameras will receive DITEK PoE Point of Use Surge Protectors that will be grounded to the building steel. The new cameras will be managed and recorded via an existing Axis S2216 8TB16-Ch (16) Channel Camera Station that was installed in 2024. This Camera Station includes the required licenses for the new cameras and has the Capability and Compatibility to be tied into the

Building 1302 Axis Camera System via the Owner Provided Network. Please see below for a list of the new Cameras and their corresponding location on the attached camera coverage drawing. The customer shall be responsible for providing electrical power and network connections meeting code requirements for DSI-installed equipment. The equipment room/location must be environmentally controlled for temperatures and humidity as per equipment manufacturer's specifications. Any alteration or deviation from the above specifications involving extra cost will be performed only upon a written Change Order executed by both parties and will become an extra charge over and above the amount due under the Scope of Work. All work is to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard industry practices.
