About this file
This is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract issued by the U.S. Air Force.
The amendment modifies solicitation FA469026Q0047, issued by FA4690 (28 CONS PKC) at Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota. The contracting officer is Connor C. Thompson. The amendment extends the quote submission deadline from 08 September 2026 to 4:30 PM MDT on 10 September 2026 to accommodate changes resulting from Requests for Information (RFIs). Additionally, line item C056 is removed from Exhibit A due to erroneous duplication. The revised solicitation number is FA469026Q00470001. The Request for Quote (RFQ) is for maintenance bay tools with pricing required for CLINs 0001 and 0002. Quotes must be submitted via email to connor.thompson.2@us.af.mil and must include the completed SF 1449, tool breakdowns per Exhibits A and B, representations and certifications, and all signed amendments. The Government will evaluate offers based on Total Evaluated Price (TEP) and technical acceptability, with award to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value. The evaluation procedure requires meeting submission requirements, ranking by price, evaluating the lowest-priced offeror's technical acceptability against Exhibits A, B, and Salient Characteristics, and making a best value determination. Vendors must hold prices firm for 90 calendar days from closing and submit only one quote per vendor. The amendment was signed by the Contracting Officer on 09 September 2026 and became effective 08 September 2026.
