About this file

This is a Solicitation Questions and Answers document for a federal procurement issued by the U.S. Air Force. The solicitation number is FA468626QC005, titled "9 CES – Trailers - UFR," with an issue date of June 23, 2026. Contracting Officer Emmanuel Casem issued Amendment 001 on June 23, 2026, to upload the Q&A document to Sam.gov.

The document addresses two key questions from potential vendors. Q1 clarifies that while vendors may submit bids for individual line items, the government encourages bidding on all three Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) and indicates that award will be contingent on all-some-or-none funding availability. Q2 addresses whether vendors specializing in specific trailer components (gravity tilt systems) can bid without capability to fulfill bottle and restroom systems. The contracting officer confirms that vendors should bid for all three CLINs to be considered acceptable, though the response does not explicitly prohibit partial bids. The document has been reviewed and digitally signed by Emmanuel Casem, SRA, USAF, Contracting Officer.
