About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for a federal contract opportunity involving trailer rental and service. The contract is a 12-month standalone purchase order for a trailer with specific requirements, including a 2-station restroom/shower trailer. Key details include monthly invoicing for CLINs 0002 and 0003, with separate one-time invoices for setup (CLIN 0001) and demobilization (CLIN 0004). The government will provide electricity and water on-site, with a water spigot available for the trailer. Service requirements are minimal, with only weekly waste tank emptying expected. Subcontractors are allowed, and the payment terms are Net 30. The trailer will be located in a Munitions Storage Area, with offsite disposal required, and the contract is not expected to extend beyond the 12-month period of performance.
