The solicitation documents are unclear on how and Offeror compirsed of a Joint Venture should submit past performance projects. If the joint venture, as an entity, does not have the relevant past performance, however, one and/or both of the joint venture memebers do have past performance that meets and/ or exceeds the solicitation requirements would it be acceptable to submitpast performance projects from that particular joint venture member. Please verify this is acceptable.

It would be acceptable for each member of the Joint Venture to submit past performance information if the Joint Venture itself does not have a past performance history.
