About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers file for the BAT GYM Equipment federal contract opportunity (FA466126Q0042).

The Q&A addresses two key logistics inquiries regarding equipment delivery and installation. The government confirmed it has the capability to offload and store shipments until the installation team arrives. Regarding site logistics, equipment will be transported no more than 50 feet across flat ground through a roll-up door, with no concerning obstacles present at the installation location. These clarifications indicate a straightforward delivery process without significant logistical constraints such as stairs, narrow passages, or other access impediments that contractors would need to account for in their proposals.
