Replace Interior Lighting Basewide (R/M) 01 02 30-2 156-001
(Revised Aug. 10, 2010. 2010 by FEI
1.1 CONTRACTOR USE OF SITE AND PREMISES
A. Limit the use of the premises to construction activities in areas noted in Contractor’s Replacement Schedule. Allow for full occupancy during construction. Contractors and subcontractors shall park vehicles in areas designated by the Owner. Keep driveways and entrances clear and available to GFAFB or visitors at all times.
B. Utility Outages and Shutdown: Contractor shall notify the GFAFB Project Manager (PM) at least five (5) calendar days in advance of any power outages or major equipment shutdowns.
See Section 1A for additional requirements.
1.2 BUILDINGS LAMP/BALLAST REPLACEMENT SCHEDULE (Buildings 101, 102, 108, 110, 117, 118, 119, 121, 124, 132, 139, 143, 144, 147, 168, 201, 202, 203, 204, 207, 208, 213, 217, 221, 222, 231, 232, 233, 244, 252, 303, 308, 310, 313, 315, 316, 319, 320, 326, 408, 409, 410, 411, 413, 414, 415, 416, 435, 440, 459, 512, 513, 516, 517, 518, 528, 534, 540, 541, 542, 545, 556, 557, 580, 607, 609, 610, 622, 629, 631, 650, 661, 668, and 670.)
A. The estimated quantity and fixture types are listed. The Contractor shall verify quantities and conditions for replacement in field prior to bidding. Ballasts are to be replaced 1 FOR 1 (i.e If fixture has two ballasts then two new ones will be installed). A light fixture quantity of 0.5 means a single lamp fixture. Building 118 room 109 and some other rooms in the facility have track lighting. No lamp change out of these track systems. There is no work on HID fixtures listed on the Lamp/Ballast Replacement Schedule.
1.3 BUILDINGS METAL HALIDE FIXTURE REPLACEMENT (Buildings 121, 308, 408, 409, 411, 413, 414, 415, 416, 418, 435, 540, 557, 580, 622, 661, and 670).
A. The estimated fixture types and quantities are shown on the drawings. The Contractor shall verify quantities and conditions for replacement in field prior to bidding.
