6 May 09 revised drawings - raised some additional questions:

1. E2.2 - Note 8 near Bldg. 647 refers to connecting new switch to existing switch location?

Answer: Ignore note 8. Cad program has inserted some random numbers.

2. E2.2 - Note 4 near the symbol shown as a Sectionalizing Switch refers to a cabinet. Which is it?

Answer: At location near 7th avenue we are replacing an existing switch with a new switch and connecting both circuits into it. The switch is outside the pole line path of the existing circuits so sectionalinzing cabinets will be needed on the pole line and the switch will be at the location of the existing one. The note 4 shown near a MH should be ignored.

3. E2.2 - Note 6 in the upper right refers to new padmount transformers - none are shown.

Answer: Note 6 is in error delete this note.

4. E2.2 - Note 3 near 605 - no existing padmount shown.

Answer: The note #3 is another random insert. Delete this note.

5. E2.3 - Note 5 - sectionalizing cabinet previously shown as new is now shown as existing - verify.

Answer: During construction of the new Control Tower a cabinet shall be installed in this area. It should be existing at the time this project gets to this area.

6. E2.5 - Note 2 was added near locations with Notes 10 and 12 (reuse existing), saying to add new duct bank - is this correct? Note 12 and new Note 4 are also at the same location - one says new, one says reuse.

Answer: Ignore note 10 at Eielson street and note 4 north of building 622.

7. E5.2 - Is the "A" shown in the circuit 2 one-line the same as shown in the circuit 8 one-line? And what is the location of this new switch (there is nothing on the prints showing a 7th Ave. location, unless my question 2 addresses this)?

Answer: The “A” switch is a switch to be placed where note 12 Is shown in the upper right of page E2.2. It is one switch which is to provide possible interconnection between circuits 2 & 8. This switch replaces an existing one near the location of note #12.
