About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for the FA462525Q1003 Bullet Trap Maintenance Services solicitation. The Q&A addresses two key vendor inquiries: (1) the potential for Statement of Work (SOW) changes, with the government indicating that any proposed changes must be submitted in writing for technical review and would be incorporated via a solicitation amendment if approved, and (2) the contract's status as a reacquisition with an incumbent currently performing the services. The solicitation is a small business set-aside for Bullet Trap Maintenance Services at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri, with a base year and four option years spanning from October 2025 to September 2030. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310 with a size standard of $12.5M, and funds are not currently available, with the government reserving the right to cancel the Request for Quotation (RFQ).
