About this file
This is a site visit documentation file containing government findings regarding a 22 MXS Walk-In Oven inspection conducted on 2 September 2026 at 0800.
The document records four key discussion points and government responses about the oven's operational status and capabilities. Regarding vacuum functionality, current users have no documented history of vacuum operation, though the government requires a minimum vacuum specification of 25 inches of mercury, with acknowledgment that this requirement is sea-level dependent. The oven has been operated at a maximum temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit but possesses a capability range up to 500 degrees. Temperature uniformity is not required by the government, as verification is conducted by a third party. The control system powers on and displays controls on the screen; however, the touchscreen interface experiences intermittent responsiveness issues and does not consistently register when pressed.
