Cleanup responsibilities are limited to areas immediately surrounding the trash containers and dumpsters, with all waste disposed of off-base at an authorized facility in compliance with local and Kansas state laws. The contractor is liable for any damage to government property and must ensure all service areas are completely clear of debris that could pose a foreign object debris (FOD) hazard to aircraft following final equipment removal.

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS
The contractor shall deliver, set up, and remove the following equipment:

o The two 20-yard dumpsters must be hauled, emptied, and returned each evening on
Friday, 23 October; Saturday, 24 October; and Sunday, 25 October 2026, regardless of their fill level, to prevent overnight buildup.
