This is a Statement of Need for Installation Base Entry Point Cameras at McConnell Air Force Base in Kansas. The 22nd Security Forces Squadron requires eleven Axis P3265-LVE cameras (or equivalent) to be installed across three Installation Entry Control Points (Gate 1, Gate 2, and Gate 3). The cameras must be fixed, non-nuclear Configuration Management Database approved, with specific technical specifications including 1/2.8" progressive scan RGB CMOS, varifocal lens, 1920x1080 resolution, and advanced illumination capabilities.

The cameras will be connected to existing government CAT 6 LAN cables at predetermined locations, with no additional conduit installation required. Each gate has multiple camera placement requirements: Gate 1 requires six cameras at different ID check stations, Gate 2 requires four cameras, and Gate 3 requires one camera mounted on the gate shack. The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, materials, and equipment for installation and programming. The cameras will be integrated into the Axis head-end DIVAR system at Building 1115, with no additional licensing needed. Delivery and installation costs must be included in the proposal.
