Question: Does maintenance have to be done during non-duty hours?
Answer: Maintenance will be done during normal duty hours, we have no expectation that maintenance will be conducted after normal duty hours.
Question: What encompasses emergency calls?
Answer: PWS section 5.2 outlines emergency call procedures, most if not all service calls will be during duty hours, in the event that a person is trapped in an elevator and they cannot be rescued by the on base fire department, an emergency call may be necessary but beyond a person being trapped, we do not anticipate emergency service calls.
