About this file
Attachment 1 is a detailed PowerPoint document outlining the tent laydown and workspace configuration for the 13 ATF Life Support Area (LSA) at March Air Reserve Base from 26 July to 10 August 2025. The document specifies 36 total tents will be available across two primary locations (Building 1201 and South End of Airfield), with specific allocations for various operational units including CABS (24-hour split shift), MGFE, ATF, CBCS, and other critical functions like Emergency Operations Center (EOC), Mortuary Affairs, and communications.
The tent configuration includes large tents designated for specific units like CABS Overflow, Primary and Alternate EOC, TSCIF, and Mortuary Affairs, along with smaller tents for Entry Control Points (ECP). Each tent is designed to accommodate up to 24 workstations, with participants expected to bring their own NIPR laptops, and the government providing NIPR phones and SIPR terminals as needed. Supporting infrastructure includes latrines, dumpsters, handwash stations, portapotties, water buffaloes, and extra generators. The document is part of a pre-solicitation for a contract to support 260 personnel with comprehensive life support area setup, maintenance, and teardown services.
