About this file
This is an Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract issued by the 92nd Contracting Squadron at Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington. The amendment, effective 08 April 2026, applies to RFQ FA462026QA238 originally dated 03 April 2026 and is addressed to all offerors. The contracting officer is Sarah JS O'Neil, and the point of contact is Alexis Grimes at alexis.grimes@us.af.mil.
The amendment publishes two questions and answers clarifying the evaluation criteria for the solicitation. The Government confirmed that only the evaluation factors listed in the Combo and requirements in the Statement of Work will be considered for best value determination; no additional qualitative considerations such as venue quality, proximity, or amenities will be weighed. Additionally, the Government clarified that no preferences based on past Strong Bonds events will be shared with offerors, and vendors should base their quotes solely on the Statement of Work requirements. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the original solicitation by completing blocks 15a, 15b, and 15c and including a signed copy with their proposal.
