About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for federal contract opportunity FA461326Q0016 related to an Interview Room upgrade project.

The document addresses two primary contractor responsibilities for the Case Cracker system upgrade. First, regarding network infrastructure, existing usable cabling and conduit are in place at two of three locations with cameras and microphones wired to a computer unit. At the third location, no existing cabling is present, though the interview room shares a wall with the requested computer location. The contractor must determine responsibility for routing and installing new cabling and conduit through walls and ceilings at this third location. Second, the contractor bears full responsibility for decommissioning, removing, and disposing of all legacy equipment associated with the upgrade, rather than the Government handling equipment disposal.
