Questions and Answers

Question 1: Could you please tell me who currently holds this contract and the amount it was won for or possibly the previous solicitation number?

Answer 1: MonDak Portables LLC for $1,103,364.00. The solicitation number for the previous contract action is FA461318R1001.

Question 2: Will any of the latrines be located within restricted areas? Due to the time it takes to gain access to these areas this will significantly effect the pricing.

Answer 2: None of the latrines are located within the restricted area.

Question 3: Will you only need the latrines serviced every 90 days? From my understanding the “Blue Tabs” that keep the smell down only last for 6 to 7 days.

Answer 3: The latrines are to be serviced monthly as seen in the revised PWS.

Question 4: Will all of the Latrines have to be ADA compliant to ensure the troops will be able to fit with uniforms etc or what size latrines are necessary?

Answer 4: The latrines are handicap-sized (minimum of 58” x 58”; maximum of 66” x 66”) as seen in the revised PWS.
