CRUISE MISSILE TRAINER MAINTENANCE SERVICES

TECHNICAL RESPONSE QUESTIONNAIRE

Source Selection Sensitive (when filled-out) IAW FAR 2.101 and FAR 3.104

Instructions: Fill-in offeror name in footer. For each factor below, in the first table provide a detailed description of specific tasks performed for that factor. Use the reference table to provide a minimum of one (1) and up to five (5) references per factor to support the experience claimed in the first table. Limited to a twenty five (25) page submission. Reference RFP, Section L, Paragraph L-4, subpart 2(a).

Factors 1-5. Technical Experience. Five (5) years of experience within the (10) year period immediately preceding release of this Request for Proposal (RFP), performing Cruise Missile Trainer Maintenance Services, as more specifically described below in Factors 1 through 5, inclusive. The experience called out in Factors 1 through 5 inclusive is for work which is the same or substantially similar to the work activities and tasks described in the respective factor. Provide reference and contact information to support the experience claimed by offeror. If offeror intends or proposes to use an entity other than offeror to fulfill a requirement or a portion thereof (e.g. a sub-contractor or other teaming partner), please provide ALL the requested information for that entity as well.

To Be Considered Technically Acceptable for Factors 1-5: The offeror’s responses evidence the offeror (or the entity other than offeror which offeror intends or proposes to use to fulfill a requirement or portion thereof) has five (5) years of experience within the ten (10) year period immediately preceding the release of this RFP, performing the same or substantially similar work to the work activities and tasks described in each of the factors and the referenced Performance Work Statement (PWS) paragraph(s). References provided must support the experience claimed by offeror.

Factor 6: Sub-Contracting Arrangements (e.g. Teaming Arrangements).

If your company is not performing ALL the work, you must fill-in the contemplated sub-contracting arrangement in Table 1 below for percentage of work performed by sub-contractor(s) and then fill in the percentage of work in Table 2 that will be performed by your company as the Prime Contractor. Sub-contractor arrangements include, but are not limited to, the following types of relationships: prime/sub-contractor, mentor/protégé, joint venture, etc. If a sub-contractor arrangement is not applicable and ALL the work will be performed by your company as the Prime Contractor, please indicate 0% in Table 1 and complete all fields in Table 2 accordingly.

Standard Of Acceptability: The offeror’s responses provide sufficient information for the Government to determine whether or not the offeror contemplates a sub-contracting arrangement and, if so, indicates the name of each sub-contractor, identifies the task and the percentage of work to be performed by each party (E.g. prime and subcontractor), and provides sufficient information for the Government to determine that the offeror as a whole (E.g. Prime/sub combined) has the ability to perform the requirements of this solicitation. For example, if the offeror is claiming the experience of another entity to meet any of the Factors 1-5, it would follow that entity would be identified as a teaming partner below.
