13. SECURITY GUIDANCE. The security classification guidance needed for this classified effort is identified below. If any difficulty is encountered in applying this guidance or if any other contributing factor indicates a need for changes in this guidance, the contractor is authorized and encouraged to provide recommended changes; to challenge the guidance or the classification assigned to any information or material furnished or generated under this contract; and to submit any questions for interpretation of this guidance to the official identified below. None Authorized guidance: 13.1. Item 10J: The contractor is authorized to handle, store, and protect FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY (FOUO) information and material as specified in the NISPOM and DODI 5200.IR.

13.2. Item 10K: The contractor is authorized to utilize unclassified government computer systems to fulfill contractual requirements for accessing/updating government databases/applications, requires SECRET security level clearance for access/account creation.

13.3. Item 11E: The contractor requires entry to User Agency facilities where special controls have been established to protect classified information or mission-critical resources. Entry to these resources requires the contractor’s employees be granted at least a SECRET security clearance or be subject of at least a favorable National Agency Check (NAC). Request for a security clearance will be submitted in accordance with the NISPOM. Request for NACs to be submitted to the 30 SW/IP.

13.4. Item 11J: The contractor will accomplish the following minimum requirements in support of the user agency (532 TRS) Operation Security (OPSEC) program:

13.4.1. Document critical items of information applicable to its operations and activities. They are critical facts which individually, or in aggregate, reveal sensitive details about its contractual obligations and thus require protection from hostile intelligence collection or exploration. Comply with AFI 10-701, as applicable.

13.4.2. Include OPSEC as a part of ongoing security education/training program conducted IAW Chap 3, NISPOM and AFI 10-701.

13.4.3. Be responsive to the user agency OPSEC manager, (532 TRS), on a non-interference basis.

13.5. Item 11L: The contractor will have access to Classified Flight Hardware at the SECRET-level to perform maintenance per the PWS, and requires a SECRET security clearance. The hardware will be stored and handled by the user agency (532 TRS).

13.6. The contractor will participate in the Base Anti-terrorism program according to AFI 10-245.

13.7. The contractor will comply with provisions of user agency (532 TRS) Security Procedures Operating Instructions 31-101 and 31-103, which pertain specifically to user agency facilities and processes to which contractor will have access or involvement in.
