Performance Work Statement 23 June 2025
Install Paxton Access Control in Security Forces Building (Bldg. 6000)
OBJECTIVE: Install turn-key Paxton Access Control System throughout Bldg. 6000 as outlined below.
All parts shall be new, used or refurbished strictly prohibited. Parts and pieces must be compatible with existing Paxton system.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Paxton certified installer with minimum 3 years of experience.
2. Provide (3) references from recently completed similar jobs.
SCOPE OF WORK:
1. Install (15) Paxton Access Control Units (ACU’s) and Net2 Plus POE keypads at door locations where Facility Manager deems necessary
2. Install Electric Strikes where needed
3. Proposed ACU locations will be discussed with the facility manager prior to doing any installations.
4. The Contractor shall be responsible for all painting required following the installation of equipment.
MATERIALS
1. Parts to be used:

2. Submittals required on all parts and pieces.
3. An area will be provided on or near work site as required to store contractors LOM.
SPECIFICS:
1. Install ACU, keypad and wire to MLR trigger provided by customer at the Facility Manager’s requested locations.
2. Install ACU, keypad and wire to ET provided by customer at Facility Manager’s requested locations.
3. Cut-in electric door strikes (ES’) and install ACU, keypad and applicable wiring harness at Facility
Manager’s requested locations.
4. There’s no old equipment to be removed from new ACU install locations.
5. Facility ceilings are suspended type.
6. No computers required.
7. No UPS’s required.
8. No CAD design required.

INSTALLATION
1. Each ACU installation location shall be discussed and approved by the facility manager prior to install.
2. Installation will be done in a neat and professional manner, to include but not limited to the use of mounting hardware and cable management.
3. Any damage to the facility caused by the contractor will be repaired by the contractor in conjunction with 2 CES.
INSPECTION, TESTING and CERTIFICATION:
1. Each install location will be tested by 2 SFS facility manager to verify 100 percent serviceability.

2. Contractor Working Days/Hours:
a. Normal duty time M-F, 0700-1630
b. Days and hours can be adjusted as required with prior approval from 2 CONS and 2
SFS 48 hrs prior to a proposed change.
2 SFS Shall:
1. Coordinate contractor base access as required to complete project.
PERMITS:
1. No permits required for this project.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:
1. Completed NLT thirty {30) days after period start date.
2. 2 CONS and contractor will determine award date when funding becomes available
