About this file

This document is an Amendment 01 to a Request for Quote (RFQ) for portable latrines at Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana. The amendment provides clarifications through eight questions and answers addressing key details such as service quantities, cleaning requirements, and equipment specifications. Notably, the contract allows for 15 additional individual latrine cleanings per year, requires contractors to provide additional units within 24 hours, and specifies that white roof colors are acceptable. The incumbent contractor is Air-Vac, LLC (current contract number FA4608-21-P-0005), and potential bidders must be registered in SAM.gov. The solicitation does not require a standard form, only a quote and bid schedule, with the contracting officer being Thomas Hutchins, who can be contacted at thomas.hutchins.2@us.af.mil or (318) 456-3729.
