You may submit CPARS reports. However, the Government will identify relevant CPARS tied to the offeror during the Past Performance Evaluations. Submission of PPQ's with work related to the requirment will be a more accurate depiction of offeror past performance.
2 1 Past Performance Instructions, Conditions, & Notices to Offerors or Quoters 3.2 - Volument IV: Past Performance Volume IV: Past Performance. Limited to Subcontractor Consent Letters and no more than four (4) PPQ summary page's to describe the work breakdown IAW paragraphs 3.5.4.3 and 3.5.4.4 herein, if applicable. PWSs and SOWs corresponding to submitted PPQs shall not count toward this volume's page limitation
