Q&A:

Q1: Per the USSTRATCOM HMHS Plan and Procedures revised as of 27 January 2017, C.2 USSTRATCOM HCA AND HCI LISTS, can a current HCI list be provided? The HM/HS plans received do not appear to have Building 1000 covered.

A1: The Hardness Critical Item (HCI) list for B1000 is not currently available. If it becomes available prior to the date for proposal submission, then it will be provided to those offerors who submitted the required documents to gain access to the Technical Library as set forth in Attachment 4.

Q2: Can a floor plan of Building 1000 be provided?

A2: The floor plan of B1000 is not currently available; however the floor plan for the Shield area is anticipated to become available within the next seven (7) days. Once it is available, then then it will be provided to those offerors who submitted the required documents to gain access to the Technical Library as set forth in Attachment 4.

Q3: Outside of the materials outlined in PWS 4.9.4, will any GFE be provided to perform HM/HS?

A3: The Government will provide six (6) initial maintenance kits for B1000 and the EMP/Electrical filters as outlined in PWS 4.9.3 and support as ou tlines in PWS 4.9.5. No other materials shall be provided.

Q4: What is the required number of attendance at conferences, briefings, and working group meetings in 1 year?

A4: The Contractor shall conduct Program Management Reviews (PMR) once a quarter as outlined in PWS 4.2.

Q5: What are the durations of the conferences, briefings, and meetings and is travel required?

A5: The Contractor shall conduct Program Management Reviews (PMR) once a quarter as outlined in PWS 4.2. Travel is not projected as the Contractor is anticipated to be in the local area due to the necessity of being on site within four (4) hours of an emergency service call as outlined in PWS 2.6.1.

Q6: How often is testing and analysis services required and what type of testing?

A6: Testing shall be IAW MIL-STD 188-125-1, MIL-HDBK 423 and the PWS 3.2.

Q7: What level of engineering support for specifications, requirements, and hardware solutions is required (i.e. electrical, mechanical, P.E., and how many hours in 1 year?

A7: An Offeror will determine its own level of engineering support in its proposal.

Q8: How many technical support documents are generated each year?

A8: Pleae refer to PWS 4.10 and corresponding PWS referrences for deliverables.
