Q1.When does the government expect the HMHS plan for Building (B)1000 to be delivered, sincethe building is still in construction?
A1.The most recent HMHS plans are anticipated to be released in December provided the offerorsubmitted the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) set out as Attachment 06 and Standard Form(SF) 328 set out as Attachment 05. Changes andrevisions to these documents are ongoing. Ifany update is required, the revised HMHS Plans will be distributed as soon as the Plans arereleaseable provided offerors submitted the required NDA and SF328.
Q2.Can the contractors be provided the Building 1000 acceptance test report?
A2.The acceptance test report is not yet available. Once completed, the test report is For OfficialUse Only (FOUO) and will be provided if Offeror submits the required NDA set out asAttachment 06 and the SF 328 set out as Attachment 05.
Q3.Can the contractors be provided the Building 1000 verification test report, once complete?
A3.Once completed, the verification test report will be made available; however, it is anticipatedthat the verification testing will not be performed until Summer 2018 at the earliest.
Q4.Can the contractors be provided the Building 1000 power one line diagram?
A4.Documents are FOUO and will be made available provided Offeror submits the required NDA setout as Attachment 06 and the SF 328 set out as Attachment 05.
Q5.Can the contractors be provided the Point of Entry (POE) filter schedule for Building 1000, if it isnot available in the HMHS plan?

Q6.Can the contractors be provided the SELDS layout for Building 1000?

Q7.Can the contractors be provided any Special Protective Measure (SPM) hardening that wasinstalled or designed into the equipment (specifically cooling towers or any externalEnvironmental Control Units (ECU’s) in B1000?

Q8.What are the dimensions of the B1000 steel box?

Q9.Is there access to the shielding portion underneath the steel box in B1000?
A9.Yes, there is access to all sides of the shield, including underneath.
Q10.Is anything buried in the concrete floors in B1000?
A10.This information is FOUO and will be provided if Offeror submits the required NDA set out asAttachment 06 and the SF 328 set out as Attachment 05.
Q11.What type of fire suppression system does B1000 have?
A11.Standard wet system.
Q12.Are the main portal doors in B1000 manually actuated or electric?
A12.All doors are manually actuated.
Q13.Can the location of test points for B1000 be provided?
A13.Documents are FOUO and will be made available provided Offeror submits the required NDA setout as Attachment 06 and SF 328 set out as Attachment 05.
Q14.Is the facility maintenance area located in the loading dock area in B1000?
A14.No, it will be located at a different location.
Q15.Are the portal doors located dead center in the HEMP box in B1000?
A15.This information is FOUO and will be provided if Offeror submits the required NDA set out asAttachment 06 and the SF 328 set out as Attachment 05.
Q16.When is verification testing scheduled for B1000?
A16.The verification testing is scheduled for Summer of 2018.
Q17.Can the contractors have access to the power filter spares in the event of replacement in B597?
A17.Yes, spare filters will be stored together and inventoried for replacement use as outlined in PWS4.9.3
Q18.How many doors are in B597?
A18.There are three (3) doors in B597.
Q19.Can the contractors be provided documents associated with new installed HF antenna and SPVHMHS (doors, etc) in B598?
A19.The HF Antenna and SPV HMHS Door information is not yet available. Once it is available, theinformation will be included in a revised edition of the HMHS Plan. Offerors that have submittedthe required NDA set out as Attachment 06 and SF 328 set out as Attachment 05 will beprovided the revised HMHS Plans.
Q20.Can the contractors have access to the power filter spares in the event of replacement in B598?
A20.Yes, spare filters will be stored together and inventoried for replacement use as outlined in PWS4.9.3

Q22.If there is a discrepancy between the HMHS plan or the service requirements under the PWS,which takes precedence?
A22.If there is a discrepancy between the HMHS plan or the service requirements under the PWS,immediately notify the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and a determination will beprovided to the contractor.
Q23.When will the most recent HMHS plans be released to the contractors?
A23.The most recent HMHS plans are anticipated to be released in December provided the offerorsubmitted the NDA set out as Attachment 06 and SF 328 set out as Attachment 05. Changes andrevisions to these documents are ongoing. If any update is required, the revised HMHS Plans willbe distributed as soon as the Plans are releaseable provided offerors submitted the requiredNDA and SF328.
Q24.If there there is information in the HM/HS plans that is outdated, should the contractor makeits best technical recommendation for service, as a variance to the HM/HS plan?
