RFP FA4600-13-R-0002
PMEAS II Pricing Model
(ONLY FILL IN AREAS HIGHLIGHTED IN YELLOW)
Directions:
1Fill in only the cells that are highlighted in yellow, beginning with the company name at the top of the "Loading Factors" TAB.
If changes to locked cells are required, please submit to the government in the form of a question.
2Based on historical data, the government has populated the FTE hours as 1920. Please adjust if this is not the correct number.
3Complete Tabs for each CLIN X001 - X021. Input Labor Categories, rates, and hours for the base period, and then hours only for remaining periods.
Use only the Labor Categories from the "Labor Cat Descriptions" Tab located in this Pricing Model. Rates for option periods will automatically populated based on the
escalation rate specified in the "Loading Factors" TAB. Please note: Labor Categories need to be typed in again for each Option Period 4 due to page layout.
Please add rows as needed for additonal labor categories in a given CLIN.
4Complete Tab for CLIN 0025 Transition, which covers all costs for the transition period.
5If applicable, provide proprietary statement in the footer of each TAB.
