About this file
This document is a Solicitation Amendment for a federal contract opportunity. The amendment corrects the fiscal year details in the Option Line Item descriptions, updates an attachment to reflect RFI responses, adds a new RFI responses attachment, establishes an RFI submission deadline, and extends the proposal due date by 7 calendar days to 16 August 2024.
The contract opportunity is for the regrading of Missile Alert Facilities and Missile Launch Facilities, including access roads, ditch grading, placement of gravel and stone, culvert work, and other related services. The estimated contract value is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The government intends to award on a best value trade-off basis, with price approximately equal to the work performance plan and past performance. The contract will have yearly option periods from FY24 through FY28. Site access requirements and proposal submission instructions are also provided.
