RFQ FA4484-25-Q0067 A0001,
Door Server Upgrade/Data Migration
87 MDG
Amendment A0001 to RFQ FA448425Q0067 is to address the following:
The purpose of the amendment is to restructure the pricing schedule and to extend the deadline from 22 Sept 2025 to 23 Sept 2025 by 11:00 AM EST.
The following clarifications are also incorporated:
1. Lenel Certification: The SOW requires proof of Lenel partnership. Will subcontracting with a certified Lenel dealer/integrator satisfy this requirement, or must the prime contractor hold direct certification?
Answer: Yes. The subcontractor will still need to show proof of Lenel Partnership. Proof of Lenel partnership must be provided at the time of solicitation.
2. Hardware Specifications: Are the server specifications in Section 1.3 mandatory requirements, or may we propose equivalent or superior alternatives that meet the same performance standards?
Answer: Yes, as long as they meet or exceed requirements.
3. Site Visit: Would it be possible to conduct a pre-proposal site visit to communications room 1K02 to ensure accurate technical planning?
Answer: No, site visit will not be conducted due to time constraints.
4. Security Processing: What is the typical timeline for contractor background checks and base access processing to ensure no delays in project start?
Answer: They will only need a base pass. As long as they have no disqualifiers, same day access is usually granted. This can be coordinated prior to arrival though so there should be no time lost.
