No, as per FAR 52.228-1, Bid Guarantee, the bidder shall furnish a bid guarantee in the form of a firm commitment.

2. Is there a minimum surface area quantity per mobilization that will be made available for the contractor to work on?

Actual delivery orders will vary depending on available funding. There is no minimum surface area quantity.

3. Will weekend work we permitted?

This can be found in Part 1- General Section 1.12 Schedule of Work. Weekend work is not allowed by the contract, but may be permitted with approval by the contracting officer.

4. In reviewing the above referenced RFP and all amendments I noticed that SF 1442, paragraph 13. B requires an Offer Guarantee (Bid Bond).
