18. Q: This is posted as a SDVOSB Set Aside. The DOD and the Department of Veterans Affairs recognizes the Center for Veteran Enterprise (CVE) as the ONLY qualified verifying/certifying agency. This has been expressed with the signing of the Veterans First Act of 2004 by President

Bush and again signed in 2012 by President Obama. This verification process is very demanding, extensive, and thorough. It was created in this manner to eliminate the Self-Certifying ability permitted in ORCA, SAM, & US SBA and to expose/eliminate the fraudulent companies that claim a title that they did not earn nor deserve. Will ONLY CVE Verified SDVOSB's (All CVE Verified SDVOSB's can be searched/viewed at Vetbiz.gov) be eligible for Award of this Solicitation?

A: Clarification of Question 2, Dated 18 April 2013. Successful offer shall be a SDVOSB as verified through System for Award Management the official U.S. Government system.
