About this file
This file is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) matrix for a Sources Sought notice related to lodging services for the 763rd ESS at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam. The document covers 18 questions addressing potential contractor requirements, including room quantity, hotel proximity, payment processes, and contract specifics. Key details include the government's intent to utilize few hotels located close to Andersen AFB, with room requirements for approximately 1,200 individuals during a period of performance from 7 July to 4 August 2025.
The Q&A matrix reveals that the contract is still in market research phase, with no final decisions on small business set-asides or prime contractor selection. The government plans to award the contract prior to July 1, 2025, and will pay for room blocks through the contract. No specific hotel class is mandated, but contractors must meet performance work statement requirements. Multiple facilities can team together, and third-party travel management companies are permitted to respond to the Sources Sought notice.
