The project involves installing dedicated laptops and system control panels in different rooms, with capabilities to control slide presentations, conduct video conferencing using Microsoft Teams, and switch between NIPRNet and SIPRNet presentations. Specific display equipment includes Samsung and LG commercial displays in sizes 55", 65", and 85". All equipment must meet TAA/NDA and U.S. Air Force compliance standards. QUESTIONS AND RESPONSES
VENDOR WHO ATTENDED SIITE VISIT
General Questions
1. Will there be secure storage for the gear during installation? Example: When we ship the materials, is there a place on site where we can securely store our equipment? Yes, Gear and equipment can be stored in the facility as it is controlled with no public entrance.
2. Are clearances required for installation (Secret or Top Secret. etc...)? No, clearances are not mandated as all vendors will be escorted and all classified locked up while they perform necessary work in the secure area.
3. Are there certifications required for installers (CASP+, Security+, CCNP Security, etc...)?
Yes and No, The SOW requires that the vendors be “certified A/V installers”. Since the vendors are only installing equipment and not going into the network side of operations, they do not require any additional specialty certifications. If the vendor requires programing help to make the SIPR work when the equipment is in place, we will reach out at that time for the 60CS to work on that issue.
Room 1021
1. Please confirm if the SIPR PC for this room will be installed in the Safe Room. The SIPR PC when not in use will remain in the safe room. When needed it will be hand carried out to the briefing room and hooked up.
2. Please confirm if the NIPR PC for this room will be installed on the podium. The NIPR PC will remain at the podium

Room 1026

4. Aside from the laptop, will any additional equipment be installed for VTC in this room? If yes, where will it be installed and will this connect to NIPR-only, SIPR-only, or both? The Statement of work says that there will be a soundbar with camera as well as a microphone and table mounted control module. Those components will need the capability to do both NIPR and SIPR.
Room 1033
1. Please confirm if a PC will be installed for SIPR-only use. Room 1033 will be NIPR only and will have a laptop kept there.
2. If answer “Yes”, where will it be installed? The NIPR only laptop will be installed on one of the podiums.
3. Please confirm if another PC will be installed for NIPR-only use. Only one computer will be in the room and it will be NIPR only.

Safe Room
1. Will we be allowed to use an existing rack in the Safe Room to install our equipment?
There are no racks in the SAFE Room.
2. If yes, how many rack units (RU) will be available for our use? No as there aren’t any in there
3. If no, can we install our own 42RU rack? Yes, as long as the rack meets the U.S. Air Force security and equipment requirements.
