QUESTIONS & RESPONSES
Solicitation # FA442725Q1057 Amendment #2 – 30 April 2025
Question 1: Page 2, Sec 5 Training: SOW states that the contractor is to provide semi-annual (2x per year) training for up to 2 hours per session however per the SOW there are (3) total rooms. Is the expectation that we complete training on all three rooms? If so, should we allot 2 hours per room per training visit? Or allot 2 hours per visit for the customer to elect how the time is used per room?
Response: Revised SOW Section 5 Staff System Training for further clarity. See SOW revision 2.
Question 2: Does the customer have existing source code and signal flow diagrams of the system? This documentation will be important for us to support the rooms to a level that meets the customers’ expectations.
Response: Yes for the Primary and Alternate locations, the Virtual CAT location doesn’t have any systems that require source code/diagrams.
Question 3: Are there any exceptions to the 48-hour on-site service requirement (e.g., holidays, base closures)?

Response: No, there is not any required OPSEC training or documentation prior to work. All components of the contract support must include consideration for OPSEC practices (protection of critical information and indicators).
Question 7: What is the process for contractor site access and base entry for scheduled maintenance or emergency support?
