About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines preventative maintenance requirements for the Audio Visual systems at the Travis Air Force Base Crisis Action Team (CAT) facilities. The contract covers three locations: Primary, Alternate, and Virtual CAT Conference Room Facilities, and requires a 5-year maintenance and service support contract for audio-visual projection display equipment, video teleconference systems, and associated technology.
Key service requirements include 48-hour on-site response, 24/7 phone and email support, quarterly preventive maintenance, full system repairs, and staff training. The contractor must provide comprehensive maintenance for various audio-visual sources including computers, video cameras, and teleconference systems across multiple rooms and locations. The equipment inventory is extensive, featuring displays from manufacturers like NEC, LG, and Samsung, audio systems, control systems from Crestron, and various networking and switching equipment. The SOW emphasizes compliance with USAF Cyberspace Liaison Communications standards, prohibiting wireless devices, and requires all maintenance work to be completed during standard business hours with potential for authorized extensions.
