Q1. It isn't clear from the equipment list how many NVX encoders and decoders you actually want

(because there are more quantities than there are line items that match the quantities). As such, can you tell me how many laptop connections the system is supposed to support and where those laptop connections will be located?

A1. Quantities have been corrected in the SOW.

Q2. Secondly, The displays that are specified, however, are made in China. Do we bid as-specified or do we substitute TAA compliant displays (and subsequently call those out as bid exceptions)?

A2. See Combination Synopsis provision and clauses 52.204-24, 52.204-25, and 52.204-26.

Q3. As for the Design, is the most functional layout as is or should we explore different placement and accessibility?

A3. Layout will remain unchanged.

Q4. Will the Maintenance Group remove current equipment, or will the contractor remove and dispose of?

A4. Please review SOW for specifics on contractor vs. government removal and disposal of old AV equipment.

Q5. Is the projector screen where the displays will go already replaced?

A5. Yes, the projector screen has been removed and the wall has been re-framed. This is labeled on the first page (marked page 2) of attachment 3.
