Questions Regarding Dead Birds and Bird Waste Removal

1. Who is incumbent?

- Contract Number FA441914P0013 was awarded on 19 December 2013 to Power Washing Extreme

Inc. (CAGE Code: 4Y6B6).

2. What is value of 2018 contract?

- The overall value of the above contract is $430,000.00 for 5 years.

3. Is incumbent allowed to bid on new RFP?

- Yes, the current incumbent is allowed to quote on this Request for Quote.

4. What is maximum working height in each hangar approx.?

- We currently can’t answer the maximum height for each hangar due to all ledges in each hangar;

working height could vary.

5. Will we have access to water supply and power at each hangar?

- Yes, there will be clean water and power access in each hanger. In addition, per the PWS, paragraph

1.2. “Contractor must remove and dispose of off-base, all bird waste, debris, and dead birds IAW all

Federal and State regulations. The contractor will clean the designated areas only during the days that have been established by this contract.”

6. What specific areas of concern do we need to address?

- The specific areas of concern is to removal of all bird waste, debris and dead birds as identified in the

PWS.
