Questions Regarding Performance Work Statement: Dead Birds and Bird Waste Removal
Bldg 285 Questions
1. Does this include cleaning of the tail enclosures area?
As stated in PWS:
Clean the full-length of north and south hangar door tracks extending 20 feet interior and exterior of the threshold and the interior and exterior hangar door pockets located on the northwest, northeast, southeast, and southwest corners of hangar.
The threshold is located inside of the tail enclosures so yes it would be inside of the tail enclosure when the tail enclosure was connected to the building.
2. Paragraph (b) states to clean the north and south hangar doors during the months of May and September. Should this read May through September?
As Stated in the PWS:
During the months of May and September clean the north and south main hangar doors from top to bottom all ledges, horizontal surfaces and remove visible debris to include cob webs from vertical surfaces and interior.
3. Will there only be one 45 degree slope to clean in this building? (only one shown on walk-through)
There is only 1 45 degree slope in bldg 285
