1. Q: Irrigation, Special Events, Xeriscape; you state no costing/charge is to be assessed to these CLINs for BASE year, so that means you will not require the contactor to perform any one of these three services?

A: The irrigation, special events and Xeriscape will not require performance during the base year of the contract. The special events CLIN will be every other year, and the Xeriscape CLIN is reserved during the whole contract period of performance. The solicitation has been amended to reflect this.

2. Q: In the Q&As you stated the Appendix A has been updated basically to show a differ4nt corrected number/qty the correction was not done and still show the original qty/number.

A: Appendix A in the PWS has been uploaded with this amendment.

3. Q: Question 26 & 29 refer to Weed control: when you read the SOW 1.5. it actually indicates your intent you limit weed control such as spot spraying. And you state spot spraying in #26, <> but your answer in #29 is the opposite of #26,n <> you state we need to assume all 329 acre will be done each month, <> but only by work order, <> an yet the CLIN 0015 is priced at 8 months, <> wouldn't be simple to just request a per acre cost to apply weed control treatment.

Your PWS is clear by issuance of work order, but the CLIN is by 8 months, and your answers 26 & 29 contradict each other one says spot spray and the other states all 329 acres.

A: I have changed the unit of issue for the weed control to acres and made sure all items match Appendix A in the attached bid schedule (Rev 3).
