About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for a federal contract opportunity related to water sampling and analytical services at an Air Force base. The current contract holder is Analytical Services, and this represents a re-competition of previous contract FA4417P0005. Prospective bidders should reference the previous contract number for information regarding contract value, payment history for the last two full contract years, current contract rates, and the incumbent contractor details.
The contract requires three separately priced Contract Line Items (CLINs) that must be included in the total evaluated price: CLIN 1009 for Lead and Copper triennial tap sampling; CLIN 2009 for triennial sampling of Synthetic Organic Contaminants (EPA Methods 504.1/525.2), Volatile Organic Contaminants (EPA Method 524.2), Primary Inorganic Contaminants, Secondary Inorganic Contaminants, and Radionuclides (EPA Method 900.0); and CLIN 2010 for PFAS triennial sampling using EPA Method 533 with 25 specified analytes including PFOA, PFOS, GenX, and others. A Quality Assurance Project Plan/Sampling & Analysis Plan is located with the Base Sampling and Analysis Plan. Site maps and facility access requirements are classified as Controlled Unclassified Information and will be provided post-award. Sample report templates are available in a separate PDF. CLIN 1010 is intentionally absent from the solicitation.

Project Plan/Sampling & Analysis Plan been prepared for this work and if not, is the contractor expected to prepare it?
Located with BE Sampling and Analysis Plan
2 Should this work be included in the sample pricing similar to how the collection of the samples will be included?
Please reference contract number FA4417P0005 for the previous contract value
3 If this is a current contract, can you tell us who is the current contract holder?
