The PPQ is designed to verify offerors' past performance on previous contracts, with the goal of evaluating their ability to perform on the proposed effort. Respondents are requested to complete the questionnaire electronically and submit it by 1:00 PM CST on 25 July 2025, with ratings covering areas such as personnel management, quality control, problem-solving, contract compliance, and overall performance.

The solicitation is for a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with an overall ceiling of $25M over a five-year ordering period. The scope covers the full lifecycle of electronic security, physical security, and surveillance-type deliverable products, including supply requirements like material, shipping, project management, installation, and technical support. Each IDIQ awardee will receive a $2,500 Post-Award Conference delivery order, but is not guaranteed additional task orders.
