Ripde DFAC Kitchen Equipment Recapitalizaon

RFQ No. FA441724Q0140

• Which way do the doors swing on the exisng units that have doors?

o All doors swing to the right. The double Vulcan ovens open in the middle and doors swing to each side.

• Of the units that use gas, are all units run off natural gas?

o Yes, all units run off of natural gas.

• Are there any units that run off propane?

o No units run off propane.

• Is third shi installaon required?

o Ideally, installaon would be aer 1900. If this is not possible, with enough advanced coordinaon, we may be able to close for a day or adjust meal periods.

• During the site visit, the end user menoned they would like item #1 and #2 would like them beside themselves. Will CE change the plugs so that we can accommodate this?

o We could ask CE to do this but it’s not necessary for us to get the equipment and connue to have it staged as is.

• Items #13 and #15 are currently hard wired. Will CE disconnect and provide a receptacle for the new equipment if applicable?

o Item #15 is not hard wired and there is already a work order in progress for CE to do all work required to the building to accommodate item #13.

• Will CE reconnect (Hardwire) the new equipment or is this in our scope?

o Yes. CE will reconnect the Hardwire.

• Item #16 (Listed as x2). Verify spec is for solid door.

o The spec is for a solid door, but the contractor said they’d provide a quote for one that include a glass door as well.
